Mayview Mountain Estate Renovation

This project transformed a stunning but dated home into a modern, luxurious mountain retreat. The renovation began with a complete bathroom overhaul, including all-new tile, a steam shower, heated floors, and updated vanities with quartz countertops. Attention then turned to the outdoor space: the old deck was removed and expanded by 500 sq ft, connecting the upper and lower levels, and outfitted with new Trex decking and wire railing. A 12 foot French door slider was added to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Inside, the entire 1,000 sq ft master bathroom was gutted and rebuilt with modern finishes, while new electrical and plumbing brought the home fully up to code. All windows on the backside were replaced to showcase breathtaking views of the gorge. The exterior received fresh cedar siding, a new coat of paint, updated gutters, and improved drainage for long-term durability. Inside, 7,000 sq ft of hardwood floors were refinished, completing a stunning transformation that blends comfort, style, and mountain charm.
