Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Allie@benttreenc.com / 828-612-9821  with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to resolve it.

 

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
