Artist Ally Project

This extensive renovation and expansion completely transformed the home into a modern, functional, and beautifully finished space. The project included adding new rooms, extending the existing structure, and building a brand-new garage. Early in the project, additional issues were discovered—namely, the original slab had no moisture barrier and untreated wood had begun to rot. The team addressed these problems by removing all affected areas, installing a 6 mil plastic moisture barrier, and rebuilding the floor with treated joists capable of supporting the home’s weight.

From there, the home was rebuilt from the studs out. A new roof, framing, windows, and doors were installed, featuring Sierra Pacific metal-clad windows and a Rogue Valley front door. All HVAC, electrical, plumbing, insulation, and sheetrock were replaced to ensure the home is fully up to modern standards. Interior finishes include all-new hardwood floors throughout, tile in the bathrooms, mudroom, and half bath, a brand-new kitchen, and heated floors in the master bath. A new septic system was added, and the garage was rebuilt from the ground up. By taking the house down to the studs—including siding and sheathing—this project delivered a home that is essentially brand new, blending durability, comfort, and thoughtful design.
